1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bet666," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the bet666.asia platform and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet666 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bet666.asia website, mobile-optimized interface, and all games, services, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the bet666 platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a player's bet666 account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bet666 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bet666. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bet666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the bet666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bet666 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bet666 platform.

bet666 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at bet666's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the bet666 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. bet666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bet666 immediately at [email protected].

bet666 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: bet666 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet666 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players must verify their identity before their first withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

bet666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, or to a verified bank account in the player's name.

bet666 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in the player's name will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bet666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• bet666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• bet666 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.

Players who participate in promotions solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bet666 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (casino games, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, etc.), as well as the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet666 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• bet666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a technical malfunction, data error, or manifest pricing error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. bet666 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by bet666's gaming system shall be the definitive reference. In the case of a discrepancy between a player's screen display and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.
• Winnings from sports betting are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market, as published in the sports betting section of the platform.

bet666 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet666 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet666 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

bet666 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet666 platform — including but not limited to the bet666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from bet666.
• Use the bet666 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of bet666's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by bet666.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bet666's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet666 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bet666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

bet666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet666 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience.

12 Responsible Gaming

bet666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time spent and amount wagered during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the chosen period.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds held will be returned to the player after deducting any applicable processing fees.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bet666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bet666 staff or other players.

Upon account closure, bet666 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to bet666 and any applicable processing fees. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure due to a breach of these terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bet666 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to Terms

bet666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet666 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at bet666.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the bet666 platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bet666 platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bet666 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. bet666 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
